How often do you stretch yourself?
How often do you challenge yourself to try something new?
Often we try something new (new diet, new exercise program, new project, etc.) only to stop half way through and give up. We start with all these great plans and good intentions only to abandon it all shortly after we begin.
What’s the cure for this lack of follow through?
1. Accountability and …
2. A change in beliefs! We need to change our restrictive beliefs that keep us stuck in our comfort zone.
We are often hiding behind restrictive beliefs of who we think we ‘should’ be or who we think we are with a small, limited view of ourselves.
We are so much bigger, magnificent that we may have realized. It just might take a life coach or someone else to remind us and a push us to really stretch and reach beyond where we are stuck.
If you are frustrated with some aspect of you life (your job, relationship, health, spirituality, etc.) it might be time to stretch into more of who you REALLY are. It’s time to challenge yourself to make the changes you’ve been dreaming about!
Challenge Questions:
Where are you thinking small in your life?
Where might you stretch yourself more?
Where in your life are you afraid to take a chance?
What first steps are you willing to take?
Come receive accountability and learn how to change your restrictive beliefs.

Rena,
What a great reminder that being the stuck sometimes has nothing to do with what is before us, but what it is that we believe ourselves to be. I will be meditating on that one.
What a beautiful page!
