Share your truth!

An essential part of the awakening
is the recognition of the unawakened you … ~Eckhart Tolle

Please take moment to share your truth with me. Your response (using the form below) will be sent in a private email to me. I will not post your response, unless you say it’s okay.  Those who take the time to share their truth will receive a FREE copy of my new guided relaxation coming out later this month.

Here are your questions:

  1. What’s the number one thing you are struggling with that you would love support or guidance around, but haven’t asked or are sick of looking for answers?
  2. On a lighter note, what’s your favorite way to spend your free time?
  3. Can I post your response (Yes or No)?

Thank you for taking the time to share your truth!

The more we share our truth, ask for help and support others, the more we grow and shine our truth-light to light the way for others and our Authentic Goddess Self. Thank you!

(p.s. If you don’t OK me to post your reply, your email will not be displayed.)

You can definitely see your enthusiasm in the work you write. The world hopes for more passionate writers like you who are not afraid to say what they believe. Always go after your heart.

Number one thing struggling with that I would love guidance with. So STUCK on past beliefs. I know they are not truths anymore intellectually, but physically they are deep with in my membrane and I don’t know how to let go.

favorite way to spend free time? doing yoga or being at a yoga workshop.

I am working on developing more focus and energy. I used to have tremendous drive and amounts of energy- Now I am finding it difficult to get back on track. (this is after dealing with major stress and life changes in the past 2 years).
I love to travel, read awesome books in my spare time- and am learning ballroom dancing!
yes, you may post my response. Glad to have found this site!

    1) the number one thing is finding the right fit in a job where i can engage in my creative passions. it seems that the process of finding a job is like finding a mate, with the exception that essentially you go one one date and have to decide if you want to get married. there’s no courtship period (or a very limited one) before you have to decide to commit. i have love, support, and guidance in my life yet i still can’t find what i am looking for or even figure out the right questions to be asking and am sick of looking for answers, though i can’t stop seeking them. i am single mindedly (OK so maybe that’s not a word, but it really conveys my meaning) persistent on this at what feels like the price of my sanity. i wish i could give up but i feel even more crazy not being able to express myself creatively. i am stuck between a rock and hard place. the best way to describe my angst is with an analogy: it’s like not having any language to speak and you are dying to be able to
communicate. it’s like being deaf and not knowing sign language and not being able to express yourself to anyone, but you see others being able to communicate yet somehow you can’t. the work world is not the only place i am experiencing this crisis; sexuality ranks up there just as high as an arena where i feel i lack the language to express myself creatively.

    2) i love sitting in the sun lounging at cafes with friends discussing life. our hopes, dreams, passions, fears, frustrations, successes….

    3) yes

1.What’s the number one thing you are struggling with that you would love support or guidance around, but haven’t asked or are sick of looking for answers?

Balance in my life. I am my mother’s caregiver and life administrator in just about every area–she has Alzheimers. She is in an assisted living facility, and I am blessed in many ways in that she financially prepared well, but still I often feel totally out of balance as it allocates a great deal of my time and planning. My life is full of loose ends and tasks that need addressing and not enough without collapsing first. I have my own health challenges and don’t always get the needed rest. My situation is too much overdoing and then collapsing and not being able to do anything at all. Even after meditating for 15 years plus, it feels like a heavy anvil hanging over my head.

2.On a lighter note, what’s your favorite way to spend your free time?

In nature; writing (I’m a writer and poet); time with a friend; a good book; traveling anywhere!

3.Can I post your response (Yes or No)? Yes.
